Induction Seal Range
Induction Seal Products
Electromagnetic heat-sealed liners for a secure, tamper-evident hermetic seal – available in four constructions to match your container and application.
01 – Induction Seal
One Piece Induction Seal
A single-layer liner where the induction foil is bonded directly to a pulp or foam backing. When the capped container passes under an induction sealer, electromagnetic heat melts the foil's polymer coating and fuses it to the container mouth in one step, creating a clean, tamper-evident hermetic seal.
Its simple construction makes it a cost-effective, reliable choice for general-purpose packaging across PET, HDPE, PP and glass containers.
02 – Induction Seal
Two Piece Induction Vented Seal
Built on a two-piece liner construction with an integrated vent, this seal allows internal pressure or gas to release in a controlled way while still keeping the container hermetically protected against leaks and contamination.
It's suited to products that off-gas or need pressure equalization after filling, where a standard non-vented seal could cause the cap to bulge or the seal to fail.
03 – Induction Seal
Two Piece Induction Seal
This construction pairs a separate top wad or pulp board layer with an induction foil layer, giving extra cushioning against the cap along with a strong tamper-evident bond to the container.
The added layer makes it a dependable option where products need an extra measure of protection or a more rigid seal profile.
04 – Induction Seal
Lift & Peel
The Lift'n'Peel liner adds an easy-grip tab so the foil can be peeled back cleanly by hand for first use – no tools required – while still providing full tamper evidence until the seal is broken.
It's a popular choice where end-user convenience matters as much as protection, giving customers a fast, frustration-free way to open the container.
